The regular delivery time in Valencia, Spain is 24 hours on business days. Regular delivery to the rest of the country is 24/48 hours. We do not have non-business day delivery or order processing, which includes Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
In payments made by credit card, the collection systems may ask POSDATA to verify the customer's personal data. In cases where the aforementioned verification request exists, POST-DATA will send the client the format in which they must attach the required documentation to verify their data. If the complete format is not received within 24 calendar hours after sending it, the order will be automatically canceled and the amount paid with the credit card entered by the customer will be reimbursed.
